No Security Bulletins for December Monthly Release (December 8, 2003)
Microsoft had no security bulletins to release December 9, 2003, as part
of its monthly release cycle for December.

If no other patches come out between now and 12/31....I think TBergstom
won the contest...

LOL :-)

Very nice disclaimer... are you sure you are not also a lawyer (no offense
intended) ???

"Microsoft employees, hackers, and employees of Security vulnerability
testing sites are not eligible to participate. Enter as often as you wish.
Prior winners of the Publishers Clearing House, Lottery winners or anyone
who has entered a contest before and thought they had a chance of winning
can enter this contest. Winner will be notified via email on 12/31/2003
providing of course your email address hasn't changed by 12/31/2003 or you
get so much spam in that email account that you miss the notification that
you won."

>From the MSRC:

Microsoft is committed to delivering security bulletins on the second
Tuesday of each month and there are no bulletins ready for distribution
at this time. Microsoft is almost always investigating potential and
existing vulnerabilities in an effort to help protect our customers.
Creating patches that effectively fix vulnerabilities is an extensive
process involving a series of sequential steps. Microsoft works to
ensure the quality of all products, and a patch release is treated much
like a small scale product release in terms of quality control.
Microsoft would not release a product until it was tested and proven
reliable, and patch releases are no different.
