I ordered a system from www.vonage.com
It works great as far as the voice quality, etc. but I can't for the life of
me get it to connect behind ISA.
I have been told by tech support that it uses ports 69, 123, 5060-5063, and
optionaly 10,000-20,000 if the voice quailty is poor. All UDP Send and
Receive. I created a protocol definition and then created the rules for
this. Still can't connect. Does anyone have any experience with this? SBS2K3
with ISA 2 nics. cable modem public ip on the wan adapter.

Thanks!

The only way I beleive it will work is if you set it up as a secure NAT
client, I use a similar system from www.voicepulse.com For more info on
secure NAT see

I added a server publishing rule for each of the protocol definitions that I
created. I still can't seem to get it out of the ISA server. No dial tone.
Where could I be going wrong?

Server publishing rules are not needed that is for inbound requests, Vonage
uses outboung requests, the only way to set this up is as a secure NAT
client.

Vonage will not work behind ISA period. It uses a "SIP" protocol which is
not supported by ISA 2000. According to MS support the ISA 2004 will support
SIP. Thanks for the help!
