Hi,

I found the OEM version of the SBS2K at a more affordable price. I
assume it doesn't have any box or books. Are there any other
differences in terms of licensing, eligibility or the product version?

Thanks,

- D

well to conform to the letter of the law (AFAIK) OEM versions can only =
be sold with new PC or Server, they cannot be sold by themselves.
But to the point of your question. You would not be eligible for the =
two free support calls to microsoft.

From a technical standpoint, there isn't must different between SBS OEM and
Retail. But if you are using Windows OEM, there "maybe" a difference depend
on the hardware. If the OEM server come with a special hardware that
require a special drivers, the OEM may slipstream the driver to the
installation CD. Most of the time, OEM and retail are pretty much the same.
