Customer has SBS2003 Premium.

2 users were added today through "add multiple users" and 2 new computers
added to the network for them (Windows XP Pro). Everything seemed OK, the
workstations were configured correctly except when they tried to open
Outlook for the first time, it gave the usual "name couldn't be found in the
address list". When you go into Exchange system manager, you can't see the
new users mailboxes.

The add user wizard used to work without problems.

Hope someone can help.

Download the rollup patch for Exchange 2003 -

See if you are getting 8331 errors in your event log and download that.

Thanks for that susan. Unfortunately they don't have RDP open at the moment,
and I'm trying to talk someone through this. Opening up the Event log might
send them over the edge. I'll send the update anyway.
