Is there a way, on SBS2000, to track a specific user's Internet
browsing habits? I have one user that is taking advantage of our
relaxed business environment (they're even covering their tracks on
their workstation). Or, is there a way to prevent them from covering
their tracks on their workstation (WinXP)?

Hi:

Been a while since I looked at SBS 2000, but I "think" that ISA kept track
in is logs of every site visited.

I would look for *.log, since I can't remember the file names, sort by date,
and open a few recent ones to see what you find. Once you know which is
which you can just look at those as often as needed.

Hello,

ISA 2000 tracked everything into logs files (text files). The issue is
that ISA 2000 (and to some extent ISA 2004) only has some very basic
reports in it. You need to take the isalogs files and import them into
another tool to do indepth logging or open the files in Excel and tell
them to be tab delimited and then run your own analysis.

One paid for tool that I really liked was proxy inspector

I could drill down on the raw data in so many ways.

Thanks
