Hi

I am trying to install a 20 CAL add on to our SBS to take it up to 45 CALS.
The disk was used on our sister companies SBS which has now been removed.
After phoning support and finding out that as the disk had already been used
to increase an SBS to 25 the disk needs to be reset. I was given the 0870
6061517 number, unfortunately they didnt understand what I was trying to
acheive and gave me the support number.
Is there anyone else who has tried to do this and do they have a telephone
number I can use.

Regards

Hello,

Call MS Technical Support 800-936-5700/800-9364900 to get SBS Support. They
would take System ID and would generate password for you.

Thank You,

Barrie,

I went through this 2 weeks ago. I used the US Tech support
#800-936-4900. Was tranferred to India (I believe) and did receive a
new password. At first the rep said they couldn't do it, but she must
have checked with someone, because I got one. Well, actually I got 2 ,
but that was because you have to stay in the password dialog box until
you receive the new password. Each time you restart the process, it
gives you a new 8 digit system id. The tech made me stay on the line
while I typed in the new password. The first did not work because of
the system id issue, the second worked.

Good luck,
Pat

try calling the MS Support numbers. Most Likely you would not be charged for
Support and once you would give the system ID then it would not take more 5
mnutes to get a new Password.
