This is not the correct way but a lot easier:
Install Abouttime from
http://www.arachnoid.com/abouttime/
It just works for me. Try it, you can always uninstall it. I have set up the
network method where the SBS server checks the time from a time server and
other computers on the network syncronise from the SBS server.
