Hello All
Any help with the following would be great
I have an SBS 2000 server with two modems, one (com2) for Internet access and RAS, two(com1) for Fax
The fault happens with both shared fax and fax service
When the fax service is started the telephony service "unexpectedly stops" this then stops any access to modem service
and the server has to be rebooted. The event log gives a 7031 error
Some times the fax service will start and work for a couple of days but when server is re booted chances are the fax server will not start again
Any ideas would be gratefully received.

Sorry, am I missing something. Kb 325807 tells you how to set it up not why it crashes the telephony service of its own accord.
