I have searched but can't find my problem. The mail is
still at the ISP.

I tried re-running ICW and get an error during the
finalization (where the checkboxes get checked) I will
post the actual error in a minute, but wanted to know if
anyone had an idea.

Had been running great for many months, never a virus,
Trend C/S/M updates hourly, use HFNetChkLT manually to
update each week, daily full backups, no other problems
apparent, no errors in Event Viewer.

Several updates done last weekend, that may be the last
time it worked right.

I'll come back with more info in a few minutes.

Thanks
Del

Del,

I've never been able to work around that error without reinstalling pop3
connector (which is not hard).

Document your pop3 connector mailbox settings/mappings first.
Run SBS setup from add/remove programs.
Uninstall the POP3 connector.

Check the program installation directory, if it's not empty then rename the
folder or delete all the files in it.
Run sbs setup again and reinstall the connector.
Enter your configuration information.

or, I usually just cheat.

Delete the pop3 installation directory.
run sbs setup and reinstall the connector.

Thanks Les, but after another reboot, it seems to be
working now.

I'll print your message for next time, though, THANKS! for
this and all the other great help.
