Hi,
Anyone know why my sbs server will not send e-mails to a
particular domain. It seems to send to all domains except
this particular one although our pop3 and smtp hosts say
there is no problem with other customers sending to this
domain. There are no filters which would block this domain
and although I suspect it to be an authentication problem
I cannot find where the problem is.
The e-mails end up queued in the smtp queue on our server
with a blue arrow beside it and on looking at the
properties it says "SMTP prorocol error"

Any ideas

Brian

Hi Brian,

Which domains? Anything more about the error in the eventlogs? You might
have to turn up the smtp-logging.

Hi
The domain is supanet.com and I can see no unusual
messages in event viewer.
I am thinking about re-installing Exchange
thanks

Hi Brian,

That's a bit drastic to reinstall Exchange when you only have a problem with
1 domain.
Again, turn op the smtp-logging and see what it comes up with if you're
sending to that domain.
