I have 2 xp clients that are taking extremely long (1-3
minutes) to load the user profile (2Mb)
I have set the user to local profile but this has not
helped.
I have another site that is using normal W2k server and
have no problems

- there are no error logs

Any Ideas

Regards

DNS. Don't mean to be blunt but you don't have your dns set up
correctly. The NICs on the inside and outside nics should have as their
DNS entries the internal IP address of the server. Only put in the
ISP's DNS as forwarders when you run the ICW.

Also ensure that the binding order of the NICs are done properly.

Connectivity issues between Windows XP and the server:

I get an error when I try to save a file in Office:
http://www.smallbizserver.net/sbs2000/I_get_an_error_when_I_try_to_save_a_file_in_Office.aspx

Another reason could be a faulty DNS configuration, type ipconfig /all from
the command prompt and post the results. Check binding order on the server
and assure that the Lan nic is listed as the first Nic.
