Need to connect to this site remotely (mapped drive) but has same server
name and IP range as me.

VPN worked but haven't checked all logs yet to see if any conflicts...any
ideas (default IP 192.168.16.2)

you may get luck if IPs don't conflict, name the same won't matter since you
are not sharing zones or replicating WINS. Since there is a subnet in
between Netbios broadcasts with conflicting names won't bother you. Keep
DNS on each side independant and you may be ok.
