shared fax / calling card dialing options

Shared fax dials the appropriate calling card prefixes set up in the
location dialing rules, but does not dial the suffixes after the phone
number. All numbers are canonical and we use sbs2000 with exchange 5.5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
