Has anyone experiences a sbs2000 server booting up and all is well apart
from no desktop, just a blue screen and cursor showing?

All clients can connect and see shares and services but the desktop is not
coming up.

Kinda fustrating

Any help anyone?

SBS 2000 server problem by KARAN

Hi Monty,

try booting ur server in safe mode
or download msconfig from internet or from any XP box
then run it, click on services-hide all microsoft
services-disable-alpply-ok
Boot ur system in Normal mode and then lets see what
happen....hopefully u wud be able to get ur desktop back.
