Haven't done this myself... but it should work:
If your old server is Win2k std (and not SBS)... you can attach the new
server to the network, join it to the domain (prior the installation of the
SBS components) and manually DCPromo it.... after that you can finish the
SBS installation. According to posts by MS personnel... you can do this with
the SBS version of Win2k3 (in SBS2k you had to use plain-vanilla Win2k).
If you have only 5 users... and you are not migrating Exchange and that
stuff. It might be better to start everything from scratch.
