A workstation part of the SBS2000 network connects to a
service called OASIS by modem. After a successful
connection the workstation will need to use ie's browser
to submit claims. I make the connection but I can't
browse the site with ie. Any clues?

well since the workstation is connecting directly to this service via =
dialup modem, its completely bypassing ISA Security (probably a bad =
thing for your network, btw)
so in order to use IE the user should go to IE properties > Connections =
Tab > Lan Settings and uncheck the boxes for using Proxy. You may also =
have to disable the firewall client on the workstation.

If that workstation is truly dialing into a Internet connection GET A
FIREWALL on that workstation and ensure it it patched. You've got a
possible bypass/entry point into your network.
