1. How can I block all external ip's from accessing terminal services on my
sbs2000 server - is it by means of a new policy in the ISA server

2. What is the best way to block all remote access to my sbs server using
terminal services EXCEPT from my laptop. Bear in mind I use dial up from my
lapop.

Can I specify, for example, an allowable computer name.

you can get 3rd party s/w that blocks by IP or MAC but since you are on
dialup, IP won't help you out. MAC is spoofable but what are the chances
of that.
