Have a sbs2000 system that is running at a crawl. client feeling the
slowness and at the server, apps are very slow to open. defraged, scandisk,
delete temps and badmail. processor not bad, but memory useage is high.

What process is using excessive memory or CPU cycles (look in Task Manager).
One thing I always look at for this is AV configuration, but I'd check task
manager first.

AV has not been a issue of late.

How about CPU?

Errors in the logs? Possible networking issue? Free HD space?
