OurISA reports used to run weekly and monthly reports. All
of a sudden the reports have no data in them. The log
files are still working but the ISA reports used to show
top users, top sites, busiest times etc.

TIA

Sounds like the password on the account you used to set up the reports
recently changed. That will stop the reports from being generated.

Hmmm...

Same thing noted here but definitely no change - Administrator account was
the one used and it ain't been touched... Don't run these too often and more
for in-house checking and
knuckle-hitting-with-rulers-if-'bad'-sites-are-visited kind of thing so
haven't devoted any precious time to investigating further as yet.

David

Let's see...logs are working, reports are generated, but empty. Sounds like
the ISADailySummary scheduled task is failing to run, so no summary data to
report on...or summaries are turned off.

Also, see this if you are running SMTP Message Screener and getting Report
Generator failures in the event logs...

Keep in mind that there is (was) a bug in registering the ISA reports-
happened sometime in the last half of 2003. Any6how, the issue is that in
scheduling these reports to run, it asks for your userid/password -
presumbably your administrator login. Well, something happened in some patch
or service pack, and it won't run if you enter a password.

Yep, you need to enter your adminsitrator login with no password. My ISA
reports were running fine for months, and all of a sudden they stoppped
working. That was the fix.

Unfortunately, that didn't work for me, but I am running the Message
Screener, and rebooting cleared the memory leak referenced in the KB I
cited, and it would eventually come back after a while...
So, hopefully one of the above solves it. :?)
