How to remove a user in Global AddressList

How can I remove a user from the Global Address List without deleting the
user ?

If you go to the Users account properties, Look on the Exchange tabs and you
will see a check box to hide from the GAL

I think you need to turn on the Advanced Features in AD Users and
Computers - then you'll see an Exchange Advanced tab. 'tis in there.

Hi,

unckeck the option Show username in Global address list
under DSA.msc-user-properties-exchange
make sure u have the advanced view turned on(under view
menu)
