Hi all,

I created a contact on the server with an email address of
advice@domainname.com but now I need to give it to a user instead but I can't
as it already exists in the domain.

How do I delete it so I can reassign it to a user? I've tried looking but
can't find it anywhere.

Thanks in advance,
Andy.

Why not just redirect the contact mail to the user ?
Much easier then to redirect again if the user leaves or rolls are
re-assigned.

I never lock generic accounts or even workststions to a User.

Thanks again, Henry. I found the problem was that the smtp address was
assigned in another account somewhere else, so all sorted now.

Regards,
Andy.
