Hi there.

Is it possible to later remove ISA server 2000 from a productive
installation of SBS2000. The firewall should be swaped to a dedicated server
for security reasons and i'd like to get rid of the ISA overhead on SBS.
Also the "external" network card should be removed and the SBS2000 should
furtheron act as a server in the internal network only.
What is the best-practive and are there experiences?

Thank you and regards,
Jens

thought I'd revisit this, your plan is fine as long as you intend buying a
seperate license for ISA on the new box. The SBS components must all be
installed on the SBS only.

I knew that point. Extra license is here already...

What I actually wanted to know is whether the uninstallation messes up =
SBS's special functionality. It doesn't though. It's done and it works!

Thank you,

Jens
