How to redirect email for one user to and external pop3 account

I'm trying to redirect the email for one user externally to his private pop
account. Sadly he can;t collect email directly from his Exchange server for
connectivity reasons!

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks alot!!!

Everyone was telling me it could not be done ... I actually had to create a
contact within Active Directory Users and Computers that held the external
address, then I could select it in the forwarding field .. and it worked
