We are currently using this service. The dns records are changed to point to
their servers and all mail is scanned there before it hits your server and
only good messages are send back to the exchange server. It works very very
good. I have not gotten a single virus detected by norton since I started
using this and it also is a backup server in the event your server goes down
it will store all your messages until it comes back up. I am not sure what
your budget is as it is a monthy charge per mailbox that is charged every 6
months...
