Hi,
I have configured new users on SBS2000 and mailboxes for
them.
However, their Outlook does not download received mail,
even though it is in the mailbox. No error messages.
Outgoing mail reaches recipients. Incoming gets NDR
with "user unknown" message.
Anyone knowing the reason for this?
Thanks in advance.

Ok... a couple of questions->

1) Are you using POP3 or SMTP for incoming mail?
2) Did you ran ICW to setup Exchange and stuff?
3) Can you explain how do you know that Outlook doesn't download received
mail, but it is on the mailbox? OWA? If so, it is just that probably you
haven't setup Outlook to use Exchange. How did you setup Outlook?
