First question:

How do I add this newsgroup into Outlook? I've tried by
following the direction I saw on one of Microsoft's
webpages, but it didn't work.

Second question:

Which site(s) do I need to go to in order to check if
there are any patches/upgrades that may need to be
installed for the SBS2K server?

Thanks for the answers in advance!

Outlook just provides a conduit to OL Express
I wouldn't use Outlook

Second question
Start With Windows UPdate
Then go to www.microsoft.com/downloads
Select Small Business Server, start with those
Then look at each componenet (Exchange, ISA, etc.)
