Hi all,

Our sbs2000 server is used mostly used for printing,
exchange and a sql database.
The sbs2000 server has 1-xeon p4 processor, when printing
the cpu rockets up to 100%!
I'm thinking of placing a second cpu.
Will it help in overall performance?
How do I balance the different processes on the 2-xeon
processors?

Thxs,

Erik

What sort of printer?

The system balances applications across multiple CPUs automatically.

Hi Steve,

We have about 8 volume printers. They are used for
printing 200-15.000 documents a time(not continuas).
Thxs for the info about the processor.
