Hi Andy,

If you see this around rebooting, don't worry about it.

Hi Andy,

We will need more information. How many nics in the server? How are you
connecting to the internet? Are you using DNS or smarthost to send email?
Are there any other errors in the eventlogs? Since when does this happen?

High
We have only one NIC in the server
I connect to the intenet via 64k isdn
Mail is send using DNS
I don't see any other 'new' problems in event logs

All our incoming mail goes to one ISP's pop3 mail box
which exchange retrieves every 15 mins and distributes, I
have watched it retrieve the mail ( and delete it from
but it doesn't seem to make it to the users mailboxes. I
read a simalar post where someone advised the questioner
to turn up logging which I have done but can only see pop3
connector connecting to the mail server and retrieving
mail with a particular ID number but these messages never
make it to their destination and I can't find them on the
server. All internal mail is flowing perfect and outbound
mail is 100%

Installed SP3 but made no difference

Probably needs dropped from a great height -LOL

Thanks for all the help anyway
