Hi, all,

Recently one of our important users can not access his email at home by OWA.
He actually can log in, but the Inbox takes forever to load and will not load
his new messages. It looks like just loading and never stops. I actually
checked this account from my computer at home, it worked fine. Any idea? What
direction I should consider? Thanks.

Looks like the problem is localized to his home computer. You might have
him clean out his IE cookies, temporary files and maybe even history. Then
run an antispyware program (maybe MS, Spybot, Adaware). And just for
giggles, make sure his antivirus definitions (and the latest scan is clean)
and MS security patches are up to date. If he has a software firewall at
home, temporaily turn it off (as long as he's not then directly exposed to
Internet; i.e., don't turn it off if that's his only means of firewalling).

Thank you Merv. I will try what you suggested and let you know the result.
