Fax tif problem

Hi

I have setup incoming faxes. These appear as tifs to the users. The problem
is that most client pcs have more then one graphic app installed on them
over time and many of these apps do no like this particular tif format. Is
there a preferred way/app to view these fax tifs? Is there a better way to
setup incoming faxes?
