It's hard to tell what went wrong if we don't know what firewall device is
implemented in the internet cafe. They may have proxy device that remove
authentication. If you want to test if the problem is related to OWA, on
your SBS, you can try to create a dummy website using Integrated Windows
Authentication. Then try to access the same website from the cafe.
