I have had OWA working succesfully for several months. I have recently
added my account to exchange and want to use OWA to access my mail. I enter
user name and password (which I know is correct) and it comes straight back
up again, as if it is incorrect. Other users are fine.

I am a member of Administrators group. HTTP is enabled for my acocunt.

Can anyone suggest a reason for this not working?

Thanks

Richard

HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
I am using ISA server. What I dont understand is the other accounts seem

Make sure that your account has the "Log on Locally" permission.

Any chance you're using a Win9x machine to try to access OWA?
If so, maximum password length is 14 characters and using a password
over this length will give the symptoms you describe.

I am using XP professional, and can succesfully access other mailboxes using
this machine. My password is 8 characters long.

The only thing I can think of that is different is I have only just created
a mailbox for myself where as all the others where done at the time of
account creation. I created a new account with with no changes or rights
and it worked fine.
