Using SBS 2000. One user cannot see any opened items in
his InBox from OWA. Un-opened items appear but once he
opens them they cannot be seen from OWA. The opened
items do appear in his InBox with the full Outlook
client...All other folders within OWA show opened items.
Other users are not experiencing this problem.

Any ideas??

Thx!

Hi Rob -

It sounds like his email is being stored in a .pst instead of in Exchange.
On this user's PC and have him log in. Go to Control Panel | Mail | View or
Change Existing Email Accounts. At the bottom of the screen, it should have
a "Deliver new e-mail to..." field. This should be "Mailbox - <user's
display name>". If it's "Personal Folders", then his mail is being stored
in a pst and not in Exchange which explains the behavior you're witnessing.
