I have SBS 2000 set up with XP clients and an external US
Robotics fax modem setup for shared faxing. They were
able to fax until I made some security changes. Now the
only people who can fax are those in the Administrators
group. I have gone through and checked every fax
security related thing I can find and am still
unsuccessful at getting anyone but an Administrator to
fax. When a user tries to print an error occurs on the
server saying it failed. Any ideas?

Check if the users do have permission to use the fax.

Is there any kind of folder on the C drive that they
would need access to?
