Hi,

Any light that can be shone on this problem would be
really appreciated.

We are running ntbackup on a smallbiz2000 server. Seeking
to back it up to a tape drive. Backup of data files is
fine. Backing up exchange causes the following messages to
appear in the event log.

Information Store (3184) ce0c7350-1193-4dd7-a4ca-
f52a80cdeb62: Starting the backup of log files (range
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\E00006BE.log -
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\E00006BE.log).

Information Store (3184) ce0c7350-1193-4dd7-a4ca-
f52a80cdeb62: The backup has stopped with error -521.

For more information, click
http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp.

The 'Microsoft Information Store' returned 'The backup
call is out of sequence.
' from a call to 'HrESEBackupOpenFile()' additional
data 'C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb'

The reference to the microsoft website talked about
possible problems with virus scanning software. We have
office scan installed. I tried turning off officescan but
the test backup continued to give the same errors.
