these probolems all coinceded with a virus being detected and deleted =

server. I now notice a programme "mIRC" has installed its-self on the =
server. and i am unablr to uninstall it via add remove programmes
none of the client computers can print to any network printer, the =
error=20
message is "unable to connect"
on trying to open the printer properties the error message is "the =
print=20
subsystem is unavailable"
none of the client computers can browse the network. the error message =
is "=20
the server is not configured for transactions"
the server can print to any network printer without problem, the =
exchange=20
and internet are also ok.
there seems to be a lot of internet activity at the server, but =
nothing is=20
apparently using it.
Any help genuinely apreciated

ps if i restored the system state from backup would this help?
