Hi.

Well the minimum requirements for SBS are 128Mb of ram but depending on what
you install in the SBS package depends on how much ram you will use. I have
setup a SBS server with a P3 800 and 128MB Ram and it was way to slow to do
anything I would recommend you use at lease 256Mb

For the price memory costs nowadays, I wouldn't go for less than 512MB

I agree with Hendrik... 512 minimum, 1GB nice... 2GB extremely nice. But I
must admit this depends on the server usage and how many clients are
present.

For Office XP? Office is a program not an OS... so it really depends on what
OS you are running (IMO). For a "standard" workstation running WinXp and
Office XP... I would say 256MB minimum/reasonable.

You have 1.5GB in virtual memory or you are talking about physical ram?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong... but having low virtual memory usage (or
whatever is called) is not a bad thing. Can you please elaborate what are
you experiencing?
