Hi

thanks to Mark Stanfill, i managed to recover mailboxes
for users.

However, there is one mailbox with a red X next to it in
the mailbox store. It is the administrator account. Is
it safe to delete this account?

thanks again

If you have two administrator mailbox and one of them is RedX, then depends
on the size and the need. If the size is small and you don't need to
recovery the administrator's mailbox, then you can delete it. But if you
want the email back from that RedX mailbox, you can create a test user
without a mailbox, now back to the Exchange, right click the mailbox,
Reconnect to connect to the new user. Logon as that new user to take a look.
