Hi All,

This is an effort to curb misuse of our company's time and resources. I
want to get the list of files opened (I just need to know the
filenames, nothing more) on any system in the LAN.

How is it possible?

Any ideas?

Any sort of help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

Hi All,

I forgot to give you the system specifications. We are using Win 2000
Server and the clients are Win 98 and Win 2000 Prof. So, how can I get
the list of files opened in Win 98 and how in Win 2000 prof?

thanks

Since Windows 98 is a dead product (no longer supported by microsoft) =
and does not completely play in Active directory
you'll have a very difficult time monitoring this

You should consider implmenting a full compliant AD based network where =
you can implement Group Policies to alleviate your concerns about wasted =
time.
