Hi Marcia!
You should call MS licensing for clarification on that issue... but it is my
understanding that you would need a CAL for each of them (even if they are
only accessing your server for e-mail). So, you couldn't use SBS for that
legally (in fact... I think you would need Exchange + Connector License to
do it without consuming CALs).
