Hi! I have a client who has about 60 computers, but maintains 250 or so
email messages. Bar associations will often create email addresses for all
their members and allow those members to pop their mesages, but those
members reside at their own offices and maintain their own equipment. Does
this many email disqualify their use of sbs2003?

Hi Marcia!

You should call MS licensing for clarification on that issue... but it is my
understanding that you would need a CAL for each of them (even if they are
only accessing your server for e-mail). So, you couldn't use SBS for that
legally (in fact... I think you would need Exchange + Connector License to
do it without consuming CALs).
