I am worried that we are getting close to the 16GB limit, how can I check
and see how close I am?

Thanks,

Open up Explorer and find it. On a standard server it is in program
file\exchsrvr\mdbdata. Or do a search for priv1.edb which is the name
of the private information store on a standard install. Pub1.edb is
the public folder.

And add to those the XXX.STM files in the same folder too.

so the size of the Private store is priv1.edb + priv1.stm, and the
public store is pub1.edb + pub1.stm.

Douglas,
If you did not move your store then look under your local hard disk, program
files\exchsvr\MDBDATA and look at the filesize of priv1.edb. Or you can do
a search for it.

Then to recover empty space if it is reaching the limit you can do an
offline defrag
