I have a Small Business Server that has ISA as the firewall and I have a
problem trying to acces a FTP site to download antivirus signature updates.
The progrma is set to update teh sig file everyday but there is an error when
trying to connect to the FTP site. the error that comes up in the log is
1211. I am no ISA genius by no stretch but everything looks good for all FTP
ports. Is there a way to see if certain packets are getting stopped coming
in or going out out? I really have no clue why it won't connect. What do I
have to do to disable teh firewall (temporarily) to test this out? I have
this AV software that needs to be able to update and with the current setup
that's not possible. Any HELP is appreciated. Thanks
