Essentionally with the above hardware Windows will recognise 4 processors
installed.

SBS 2000 is no longer a supported platform for mainstream support
Why would you spend that kind of money on an outdated platform?
You need to upgrade to SBS 2003 it will complain with a warning about the
HT Processors but it will let you do it

Yes - running SBS 2000 on a dual Zeon 2.2Gz.
