I have a server that was originally configure with one
nic and a 3com firewall. We have moved to a new location
and was unabled to get the 3Com configured. I installed a
second nic and tried to install ISA and failed.

Do I need to reinstall IIS first and then ISA?
I need to get remote access and VPN working asap can any
one help.

No need to reinstall really. How did you setup both nics? Did you run the
ICW-wizard?

Also, I have found when adding a second nic that it comes up first in the
binding order. You will want to check it is listed second.

Which errormessage do you get? You might have to look in the icw-logfile.
Check the bindingorder and make sure the external IP-range is not in the
ISA-LAT.

I checked binding order, could not check the LAT. Its the
way it is setup, missing some services too.
I am stuck as to what to do.

What errormessage do you get?

Have you tried reinstalling ISA? You could use rmisa.exe to uninstall ISA
first and then run the SBS-setup again to install ISA.
