Hi Susan,
Thank you for using Microsoft Technical Support Newsgroups.
Are you seeing a STOP 0xc0000135 in Winsrv.dll? If so, install a parallel
copy of Windows 2000, apply SP4 to the parallel, then copy all the files
from the parallel's system32 folder to the original's system32 folder.
Remember, copy ONLY the files, not the folders.
