I asume that you mean that any user can use any computer? If so...

You can enable roaming profiles and this should do the trick. However, I
personally prefer (if using WinXP or 2k) using folder redirection and
storing everything on the server.

I always use both folder redirection & roaming profiles. Works like a champ,
if the profiles are kept tiny.

However, it isn't exactly clear from the OP that he/she has SBS/a
domain....or a three-computer workgroup. If the latter, ain't no roaming
profile option at all, of course.
