I am getting dhcpserver event id's 1010, 1014 and 1016. From reading various
posts, while my system is working, this indicates I may have a corrupt
dhcp/wins

I could do with some help in how to correct this.

My current range is 192.0.0.1 to 192.0.0.254 and is set up as follows:

a) I have exclusions set up for:

192.0.0.1 to 192.0.0.10 for various servers and switches
192.0.0.245 to 192.0.0.254 for some barcoding equipment
a number of relatively random numbers assigned to printers

b) I have reservations on 3 ip addresses for printers

c) Finally 1 server which was previously assigned an address by dhcp has had
its address fixed in its set up but this address is not yet added to the
excluded or reserved lists.

My current proposed course of action is to stop dhcp and then delete
%SystemRoot%\System32\Dhcp\dhcp.mdb and then restart dhcp.

Can anyone advise if this is ok?

Regards

Richard
