We curently us an external US Robotics Fax modem on the server running
SBS 2000 to receive faxes at the moment it is not proving very
reliable, it fails to receive the fax but sends and OK message to the
other parties fax machine so they think it has gone through when it
hasn't.
BT have tested the line and say it is OK. on the old NT SBS there was
a error tollerence adjustment slider where has that gone ?
any ideas to sort this out apreachiated
