Thanks Marina, sounds like I had the NIC's setup wrong. When you say
the DNS on the External nic should point to our server IP, do you mean
it should be pointing to 192.168.1.90? If so, how do I do this? I can
set it manually but when I rerun ICW it wont allow me to put an
address that is in the LAT. Surely the DNS should be pointing to the
DNS's provided by my ISP (213.120.62.101, 213.120.62.102)?

Thanks

Your external NIC IP address must be excluded from your LAT range. She
addresses that towards the bottom of this link:
http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=52

And she is correct when she says that the DNS must point to the IP address
of your server (your internal nic ip address).
