Some people have had to write batch files to empty the bad mail folder
a few times a day. I think unclicking the all authenticated users in
the Exchange virtual server would be a good idea. Wayne got bit by
this a few months before I did. One of my friends got bit the same day
I did with the realying problem.

remove the mvp to send email
